Internet service disconnection

Every night for the past eight days, my Internet service disconnects or turns off around 10 PM. My router still have the steady white light, but I am not getting Internet service. I have had the router replaced. I have had numerous checks with customer service. I’ve even had a technician come out. But the fact that it happens at 10 PM at night when it’s no one available to actually test it then in person, I am figure trying to figure out what can Xfinity do what our Xfinity going to do about this situation?
