Internet randomly drops all the time

Can any Comcast representative help me? I’m about to give up on Comcast and switch my internet provider. For months now my internet will drop randomly and it’s a daily thing. I have called customer service a handful of times and it hasn’t fixed anything.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here or here

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?
