Internet Randomly Disconnected
Switched service to a new address, and it worked for a week then randomly shut off. Contacted support and they keep telling me I need to restart service as it was cancelled, but I had it switched, never put in a disconnect request and internet was working with no issue. I've paid my bill and even have a credit so there's no reason why it's off. No wonder so many people leave because of things like this. I'm being told I have to wait for the service department, but Internet is a necessity as all of my devices are connected to the wifi

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
