Internet Quailty Issues (Uncorrectable Codewords On OFDM)

Hi, I'm experiencing persistent random bursts of packet loss and I've already done a fair amount of troubleshooting on my end. My Modem is a Hitron CODA56.

What I've tried:

Tightened all my coax connectors
Tried removing all in-home splitters and running the modem on the entry Coax through a MoCA POE filter. Counterintuitively, the packet loss got considerably worse so I went back to running through the splitter.

From what I can see on my modem stats page is the high-frequency DOCSIS 3.1 channels are racking up hundreds of millions of uncorrectable errors.

Can someone take a look and/or get a tech dispatched to check the drop and tap? Thanks in advance!
