Hello, my internet stopped working. Modem reset didnt work.

First. Check their site for official info on any possible local outages here;
https://www.xfinity.com/support/status
Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

@user_q2icof I'm sorry to hear your internet is not working. Our team can resolve this. I have a few questions to ask so we can troubleshoot.
Are all your devices unable to connect to the internet or just one?
Do you see your Wi-Fi network to connect to?
Are you seeing any error messages?
Have you checked to the connection to your modem and devices is finger tight and secure?
Our XFINITY APP is also a great resource to check for any service or maintenance repairs being performed today.
