Internet problem not resolved

I’ve been experiencing slow or dropped Internet intermittently for about a month, during which time I tried restart the modem and conduct diagnostics following Xfinity’s online instructions, but none worked.

To facilitate diagnostics, I decided to rent Xfinity’s modem instead and installed it today. However, I still barely have Internet.

Xfinity’s online tool indicated that I have a pending appointment without a date or time. I have been contacting Xfinity for the past hour through online chat trying to have a date and time set for my appointment, but the customer service representatives kept asking me additional questions and passing me around (3 representatives within the hour) without actually setting up an appointment. At this point, I am fed up and filed a FCC complaint. I just want Xfinity to come out and fix the Internet issue.
