Internet performance

Since the schedule maintenance latency improved but packet drop has gone through the roof and it has resulted in multiple Internet drops. I have real time monitoring and it appears there may have been an improvement in latency but jitter and packet drop has gone through the roof.   As I have noted before the issue has been confirmed to not be associated with my home equipment or cables.
