Internet pausing issue

Devices on my internet are repeatedly being paused while not having been paused in the app. I've gone through the troubleshooting the app provides, resetting the network, signing out and so much more. I've seen other posts on this issue and attempted them to no avail. I'd appreciate human support since the AI assistant hasn't been any help and restarting my wfif however many times it told me too never worked.
