Internet outages

I would like to know why we continue to have internet outages in the Harrisonburg, VA area. This happened about a month ago and again this week where it is out several days in a row for several hours in the afternoon. This is very frustrating especially now when we have kids trying to access online classes etc. we need reliable internet more than ever and we’re not getting it!
