Internet Outages on the Weekend

6/19/26 - worked all day. Came home to no internet on Friday at 7PM. Received notification from Xfinity that Internet would be down for 3 hours.

I’m flabbergasted that any service work would occur on the weekend when people are trying to enjoy themselves.

It’s sad when you work all day and try to come home to relax and there isn’t internet service.

Service work should be performed off hours when people aren’t using their services, not during peak hours, especially when we all pay a premium for these services.

I think customers as a whole would be a lot happier this way and a lot more satisfied with your services.
