Internet outages in my area

I work from home and depend on Xfinity internet service to perform efficiently. Every time and I do mean every time, my neighborhood has a power outage that last less than one hour. It takes Xfinity up to 5 days to restore internet service in my area. I am seriously thinking of switching to ATT my neighbor has ATT and their internet was restored 30 minutes after the power came back on. Xfinity do better! Our jobs depend on your service! I am paying you $$$ every month for an internet service you do not provide.

I live in Memphis, TN 38128 area

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send your message
