Internet outage

6 hours and still no internet. No communication from Xfinity, by text, with approximate restoration time for 4 1/2 hours. And no way to speak to a live person. Xfinity, you should be better than this. I understand maintenance occurring, but please give me updates on a regular basis, or allow me to speak to someone who can help explain. This is just poor service, and unacceptable in a world where we can just jump providers. Please bring back live service agents.
