Internet outage

For weeks now, my Internet will drop at 1:30pm cst everyday and be in and out for about 2 hours. I’ll usually get a text from Xfinity acknowledging the outage but explanation is ever given for this outage being reoccurring. I’ve tried calling Xfinity customer service but have no luck getting in touch with anyone. This is very frustrating since my wife and I work from home. Any thoughts on why the reoccurring outage?

As someone who relies on consistent internet for work and school, I can imagine your frustrations. I'm also sorry to hear that you have tried calling customer service but have had no luck getting in touch with anyone, we appreciate the feedback and will be happy to forward it. To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
