Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

@user_cp67z5 I definitely understand wanting to know the reason, service interruptions happen for a variety of reasons. Maintenance, a cut or broken line, an issue with a pedestal. Our technicians are amazing and will always work as quickly and safely as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding when interruptions have happened in your area.
