Internet outage for whole day

Hello, the internet has been down the whole day and the status still only shows “technicians are on the way.” The estimate time to resolve also keeps changing, then it is completely gone, just left with as soon as possible. Did you even send anyone to take care of the issue? I’m very disappointed in the inefficiency and lack of communication.

If you are one of the many customers in the few states that were impacted by the recent storm our teams have been working around the clock to complete repairs to restore services. Keep in mind we do have to wait for an all-clear in most areas before we can even start to check on what is needed to start repairs and that can be delayed if commercial power is impacted since our services do use commercial power. All of our estimated times for restoration of service are updated to our Xfinity status center in real-time as they are updated on our end. To keep you all in the loop as much as we can on when to expect services to be restored. If you are not in one of the impacted states and are having issues please feel free to
