Internet out for over a week!
I need to speak to a live agent and/or schedule a technician to come out. We lost internet for over a week now and I have been very patient but I honestly feel like no one actually knows our internet is out and is not actively dealing with the issue. I keep getting automated messages saying they will resolve once the power is restored but we never lost power. All of my neighbors have their internet working (they use Verizon) the only two houses on the block that use Xfinity do not have internet. This is unacceptable at this point. I use this internet to work. I have been patient but when I see everyone around me having power and internet restored in a day and nothing for me I’m not frustrated. I contacted my electrical company and they stated this is an Xfinity issue as all power has been restored. Please how can I talk to a human?

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
