Internet offline Cable online after power outage

After power outage due to rainfall of over 3" the cable box is online yet internet is offline after power restore. I have power cycled modem and router numerous times as well  as Comcast gateway adapter from street to house. My router app is showing all my devices are connected and online yet after running diagnosis via Router app the internet connection shows failed. The LAN is healthy so it is WAN issue. The outage map shows my street address is in fact impacted with message; Your Xfinity services at ( My Home Address) may be unavailable due to an issue with our network. We're working to restore service as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. According to the outage map my next door neighbor should also be having the same internet issue yet her Xfinity internet is up and online. The house up the street is showing online and no issues detected. How is it only my particular house on the same street having this issue? I've signed up for SMS alerts, but haven't received any text alerts. The service has been down over 24 hours. How do I contact Xfinity Support and have them run a diagnostics to my modem?

Also, while on Wi-Fi during this outage with my phone or tablet I receive pop-ups from primarily mail app with message, cannot verify server identity. If i click on details I see a certificate (expired) not trusted message with susi.comcast.net and other cert details with IPv4 details of 'connected' and gateway IP 67.163.104.1 and IP 67.163.107.113 which all point to Comcast.

Xfinity was able to get internet back online by running diagnostics on the line and sent a signal to reboot modem. Issue resolved
