Internet not working...again!
Internet is not working. A technician was out a couple of weeks ago and a new line was buried in my yard. Technician said it should be fine now and it is not. I'm getting tired of the poor Xfinity service and will begin to look at other providers if this problem isn't fixed soon. I tried the chat line and they only wanted to schedule a technician. I tried the texting and it kept saying it "timed out" and I needed to type "Chat with an agent ", which I did and immediately got the same "timed out" message. Then I called the 800 number which said it would be a 10 minute wait. Then told it would be an over 45 minute wait. This poor customer service and poor product is NOT how you keep customers. I would like my internet fixed SOON!!!

And now I spent an hour on the phone with a rep who said they need to send another technician and the earliest is 6 days from now. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep said they would have to call me tomorrow. Sounds like Xfinity doesn't care about their customers.
