If you haven't checked already you will want to see if there is a reported service interruption in the area. If there is then those are already being worked on by your local team. Steps to check for the interruptions online or through the Xfinity app can be found here:
If there is no interruption in the area then we can troubleshoot and look into it further. Let us know once you've confirmed if there is a reported interruption or not.
