I always recommend starting with checking for an interruption using our Xfinity Status Center or the Xfinity app. If there is no alert and you are still having the issue, you can check with the Xfinity Assistant by starting troubleshooting in the Xfinity app. I would also be happy to check on your connection; if you are still having issues, let us know.

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
