Hello, @user_15y555 if there is no service interruption confirmed using the link provided try resetting the modem. You'll get that orange flashing light on an Xfinity modem (XB7, or XB8) when the modem is offline. If the modem remains offline after checking your service status and resetting the modem please let us know. We will need to schedule an appointment if the modem stays offline after all troubleshooting.
