Internet not working upstairs anymore

As the title says, internet works perfect downstairs but for my pc and tv upstairs doesn't work at all. Phones work fine just nothing else. NOW, everything has been working great for almost 2 years. The useless chat bot tells me to do everything I've tried multiple times. It keeps telling me "my device isn't fully activated", never have I seen that in 2 years so it can't be true. Any time I want to talk to a real person I'm 30th-40th in line.
