Hi,
I am here because xfinity is not helping me and I need to be able to work again or I might lose my job. I appreciate any help and if you need any more information please feel free to ask. What can I do to either further narrow down my issue or get someone here to check it out? Thanks!!!
My internet speed has been fluctuating badly since around the beginning of May. I noticed slower speeds for download and upload that were mostly temporary. This has changed in the last two weeks and I am seeing mostly normal download speeds but close to zero upload speeds (often <0.1 Mbps) making it impossible to use any internet service, collaboration, or communications tools.
I have already spoken with 3 people on the phone and had 2 extensive chats but all they ask me to do is reboot my modem which has no effect whatsoever. They told me twice that they send a technician within 24h but no one ever came and I have not heard back from anyone. In the meantime, I exchanged the complete hardware (modem, router, ethernet cables) even though I am pretty sure all was working fine on my end and it really did not change anything either. Here are some lines from the last conversation where the agent seems to be detecting issues several times and then not (I had zero improvements during the whole process):

Based on the system health check the account is active, your equipment is in good condition and there is no outage in the area.

Health check has detected that the equipment status is RED. This means that your Xfinity equipments are not receiving proper signals.

We have exhausted all our troubleshooting steps and found that all the settings are perfectly fine on your modem. We strongly doubt there is physical damage to either cable wiring [internal/external], wall socket or with the modem.

I will escalate this issue to our Tech/Offline team to analyze the possible causes and resolve the issue.

My modem seems to be connecting fine and I have no issues on my side of the modem either. The modem is directly connected to the wall outlet over a ~4' cable. Please see the following connection data from my modem:

And here is a list of measurements I took on speedtest.net (on speedtest.xfinity.com the upload estimation would fail with an error while download speed was identical):
[If you can't see the image, it's mostly ok downloads between 40 and 90 Mbps but only upload speeds of 0.01 to 0.19 Mpbs with two exceptions where I got the desired 5 Mbps.]

Any idea how to get them to send a technician or further troubleshoot? Any help is appreciated.
