@user_wuzz16 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Just to clarify, you set up a new cable box and are no longer able to see your Wi-Fi Network name to connect to? Can you please confirm what lights are lit up on the modem, as well as any troubleshooting steps you've already taken, such as checked that the coaxial line is secure at both modem and wall plate, restarting the modem and removing any unnecessary splitters? Are any other devices still able to connect to the internet?
