Internet Modem & WiFi Settings.
Good Morning,
I am running my own equipment for my home network. I have a Motorola MB8600 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem with a TP-Link Archer A8 AC1900 Wireless MU-MIMO WiFi Router.
I am looking for settings for both, I am looking to increase the speed and stability of my connection. Everything is working. I am just looking for the best settings.

Log in from device on the same network and see whats up... The default settings are usually sufficient but if notice something that can be approved by adjusting default settings by all means go for it..
Just my .2 cents.

FWIW, there are no adjustable settings to improve the speeds or performance within the 8600 cable modem. Only in the TP-link router. One setting to check for in the router would be to make sure that any QoS feature settings are disabled unless you specifically want to use them. You can Google for more info. And check the user manual of the router for any possible recommendations for optimal settings.
