No, there's no internet connection. Everything else is working—the modem and everything—but there's just no internet. Why can't I watch the football match?

user_sq84uz Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums with you internet concern, and possibly TV service. Can you tell me what the status of the light(s) on your modem are currently like solid or blinking please? Have you had a chance to run through the troubleshooting steps through the Xfinity app as well to see if it could find the cause?
