Internet Line Bury

Dear Xfinity, since November 2024, I’ve been trying to get an Internet line buried at my property, submitting multiple tickets and contacting customer service via phone and chat. The exposed line poses a tripping hazard. Technicians have visited several times but leave immediately upon seeing my dogs, who are securely behind a fence. Despite requesting scheduled appointments, the issue remains unresolved. I’m at my wits’ end and urgently need a solution. Thank you.
