Internet latency/lagging when gaming. Same time every night.

Every night, once I'm done with work, myself and the misses will spend an hour or two of gaming to de stress.  We've only had Xfinity/Comcast for the last couple of months, but we have been running into a number of issues with lag and latency.  It typically happens around 7:30-8:00, and doesn't stop until the following morning.  I have a number of enterprise level networking equipment as I work in IT, and have tried allowing all traffic with no security profiles on the firewall, creating QoS Policies on the firewall to make this traffic a higher priority, and no luck to either.  I've also been running test via Smokeping and Pingplotter to figure out what is going on and if it's on our end (It's not, this is the same setup I've had with Verizon, Spectrum, and no Xfinity)

The issue appears to be w/ be-301-arsc.needham.ma.boston.comcast.net - where there is 96% packet loss.  Is there anything we can do to resolve this?  I find it hard to believe that when I'm playing Counterstrike, for example, that the average ping takes 37ms to get to Seattle, and 44ms to get to Boston when we're based roughly 20-30 miles away.

I've attached screenshots below.  If there's any other data you would need to help troubleshoot and resolve the problem, I'm more than happy to provide.  It's getting to a point where it's become increasingly frustrating, as the primary reason I play games is to keep in touch with friends/family that live back where I'm from in different states.  And when I can't join Discord & consistently playing a game that most would label as "unplayable", it's beyond annoying on why we pay for 1.2Gbps of Internet to begin with (Which I've never seen more than 900Mbps Down, and using a Cat8 Cable)

Please advise.

Hello, @user_nmvd6y have there been any recent changes to your network before this issue started? No matter how small it could include a program that has been running in the background and gone unnoticed. Have you performed any troubleshooting such as swapping the cat8 cable or checking cables for loose fitting or damage? This includes any splitters on the line. This might seem simple but rebooting your modem and router can help as well.
