Internet Lag spikes, internet drops - no resolution

I've had a comcast contractor and two xfinity employees out to my house.   The coax connections have all been re-crimped (there were issues) and tested there is only splitter that comcast installed, with a short line going to the modem and the other going to the TV.  No issues with TV services most of the time, except when the internet needs to be used lol, it can get finicky. 

The last tech suggested a temp line (sept 12), but I reprovisioned the modem and the issue seemed to be resolved.   We decided to pause on a temp line to see how things went.  I replaced the SB6190 with MB8600 to eliminate a hardware as the issue but the lag spikes have come back full force over the last two days.   

Not really sure what the issue is, signal looks good.   Logging is a bit funky.  After I reset the modem the contents of the log-file changed which is really weird IMOP.   I was told there should only be 3dB difference between the channels.  It appears I'm out of spec.

If anyone has any thoughts or ideas to troubleshoot let me know.  I have a spectrum analyzer on the modem but I'm not sure what exactly, I'm looking at.

The next step to troubleshooting this issue would be trying a temporary line. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
