Internet keeps going down

I just set up my Wi-Fi a couple days ago and I noticed that every 10 minutes the Wi-Fi will go down and I can reset it but the problem persists I tried unplugging Everything and setting it up again, I sacked all the cables and the router. I don’t know where to go from here.

Yep, second time today that they have dropped the internet, I've had Xfinity for 3 months and have lost internet several times, a couple of times of was down for days.

I had slow service sometimes with AT&T but it was never this UNDEPENDABLE !!! Might have to go back to them ....

Probably need to upgrade your router or have them adjust the signal range for it, they had to do both for mine

For a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?

With this test, we are trying to isolate this down to being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system which would of course affect both. It's a good first step in troubleshooting before proceeding any further.
