Internet keeps dropping
Every 10-30 minutes over the past 5 hours, my internet connection drops. It stays disconnected for a few minutes and then comes back online. The xfinity app always says everything is fine and there are no service outages in my area, yet all my devices disconnect and the internet is clearly gone. The xfinity ai assistant on the app is obviously no help with the precooked responses and forcing me to choose options that aren’t my issue. I need some help because this is getting extremely frustrating.
