Internet keeps dropping off.

Twice technicians have come out to my house and both times they did nothing. Ever time the wind blows I lose connection. I need the wire replaced coming from the pole to my house.

Hi @user_6n9n9y, I truly understand your concerns, I would not like it if every time the wind blows my service is interrupted. I'd be extremely annoyed. How long have you been having those issues with intermittent internet connection? Do you only notice the issues when there is strong wind?
