Internet keeps Dropping. Need Help
For a month now my internet will frequently drop throughout the day. It dropped 7 times today. Losing my patience with Comcast. Takes forever to speak with an actual person. Went thru the chat 2 weeks ago they scheduled a tech and the tech never showed up. Called again and said they had no record. Schedule for a tech again. Tech said could not see any issues so recommended changing my modem. That did not work. I have another Tech coming tomorrow. I want this situation elevated. Just like everyone else I pay to have internet. Working from home and dropping from calls through the day is beyond frustrating. Need some real support here Comcast.
