Internet Keeps Dropping for about 20 seconds
I’ve replaced internal wiring, tested multiple modems, and confirmed the issue persists across devices — including when directly wired. The drops are brief (~10–20 seconds), but frequent and disruptive.
My modem logs show T3/T4 timeouts, dynamic range window violations, and upstream instability. This strongly indicates a signal or node issue outside my home. Xfinity keeps blaming something in my house. Everything is new. How do I get this fixed

What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
