Internet Keeps Disconnecting
We’ve been having an issue for the last 3 days now where our WiFi keep cutting out every 15-20 min,our devices stay connected to the WiFi network, but the Internet goes out constantly. This happens multiple times a day, and seems to happen more and more each day and it’s getting really frustrating

I’ve had to reset the gateway multiple times, checked the app and it says the connection is fine but I really don’t want to resort to a tech coming out to fix this issue

First. As a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an Ethernet cable have the same problem ?
With this test, we are trying to isolate this down to being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system, which would, of course, affect both. It's a good first step in troubleshooting before proceeding any further.
