Internet keeps disconnecting for a few seconds
My internet has been disconnecting and it started since last week. I'd thought it would be better if I waited it out and maybe it will fix itself, however it didn't. I used the xfinity app to reset my modem several times, I also unplug my modem and waited 30 seconds. None of these work methods work and it is still happening.. It's very annoying and irritating especially if I'm playing games.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue as I? Or have you experienced this at all, and how did you resolve this isssue?

Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, as a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
With this test, we are trying to isolate this down to being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system which would of course affect both. It's a good first step in troubleshooting before proceeding any further.
