Internet keeps crashing after hurricane Milton broke a telephone pole.

I need a service technician to come out and check the cable lines on the poles. My internet keeps crashing over and over especially when the wind blows. I have just purchased a new TV, Modem/Router and ethernet cable. I cannot get through to a real person and my issue is not addressed by the Chat Bot. I have reset everything over and over. Can anyone tell me how to get a service call for the outside lines?

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
