Internet keep going out and/or resetting itself

I just received a new modem and the problem still exists. I keep losing my wifi signal. I will go to the box and sometimes the status light is orange or the internet light is orange and all the others are green. Please help!! I work from home and I need a reliable internet service. I've done all the troubleshooting and still same issues exists.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here or here

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
