Internet Issues

I've been getting ping spikes and random short bursts of slow internet for the past week or two. I've tried getting support through talking to an agent and had my modem replaced, but I'm still getting those issues. I've also tried running a tracert to google's dns (8.8.8.8) and got these results:

@user_a7e057  Thank you for providing those details and for sharing the traceroute results. I can see you’ve already taken several troubleshooting steps, including replacing the modem. While traceroute results can show routing paths and occasional latency, they don’t always pinpoint the source of intermittent ping spikes or brief slowdowns. To properly review this, we’d need to look at real-time signal levels, error rates, and the local network path tied directly to your account and location, Have you ran a speed test here speedtest.xfinity.com?
