Internet Issues
I have had the same plan and the same modem router for about 14 months.
I had never had this problem before, but starting last week somewhere around 5 times a day the downstream light will start blinking, and the wifi will go down. This blinking will last a couple minutes, then the wifi will still be down for a minute or so after the light goes back to solid. Sometimes this will happen a few times an hour and sometimes it will be perfectly fine for 6 hours.
I have tried reconnecting the coax as well as power cycling a few times but the problem still persists. Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue could possibly be?
Any ideas / recommendations are welcome!

You're quite welcome ! This may or may not be the root cause of the problem (YMMV) but it should be addressed regardless.
The downstream power is high. It may be overdriving the front-end receiver circuit of the modem. That can cause random disconnects, spontaneous re-booting of the modem, speed, packet loss, latency problems, and the un-bonding of channels.
Is there a drop amplifier on the coax cable line leading to the modem ? If so, try removing / bypassing it and see. If not, you can try installing a -6 dB attenuator pad such as this one on the coax port on the rear of the modem to knock that power level down and see;

Please also copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem / gateway device ?

Just closing the loop here, thanks for all the help @EG . A tech came 48 hours ago and installed a splitter + filter. I have not had the internet dropping issue since then, so I think I am cautiously optimistic this has fixed it. My power levels are now under 7dB, and the uncorrectables are at 0 with correctables drastically lower than before too. While I now have the attenuator, since it's working I don't want to add another variable to the system and will return it if nothing goes wrong over this next week. If it's to start happening again, it will be my first attempted solution. Will attach a new signal table below
