Internet issues

Our internet keeps going out daily, multiple times a day.  We have done all the troubleshooting through the app.  Once we run the restart, it will work for a little while and then goes back out. I think we need a new gateway

    • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
    • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
