Internet issues when online gaming

I have been having a really hard time gaming on any type of online game especially fortnite, which is my favorite. I have done a crazy amount of research, port-forwarded, customized a dmz zone for my new xbox, and had xfiinity visit the house many times to check for issues. 

I am starting to think it is just the area I live in that is causing these random connection drops about once every thirty seconds in game and this issue has been happening from the very beginning. 

If anyone has gone through anything similar and fixed it I would really appreciate the help, thanks. - Luc
