Internet issues , modem reboots
So I have posted on this topic once before but I have more details now ...and I’m stuck in a loop at this point
So I mainly notice this while gaming I’ve tried both wifi and Ethernet same situation but it also happens while just watching Netflix Hulu or when we are just watching tv with the wireless cable box , we lose connection and when I go look at the modem all lights are off except for the power light due to it rebooting itself , modem has been changed out multiple times they have replaced drop cable and the tap and cable underneath the house , we have also changed the outlet that the modem was on Incase of a power issue so we’ve honestly ran out of ideas , techs thought it was my devices but I even went as far as to getting another ISP to see if It was my devices and their modem never rebooted only reason I don’t keep them is cause their speeds are SLOW 10 megs up 1 down as opposed to 200 up 10 down .... so it’s not our devices ... but within my firwall logs I see frequent FW.ipv6 input drop also in the event logs when modem reboots it says erouter got new ip and start data harvesting .... idk I’m just lost and hopefully someone here knows what’s going on and can help me out
