Internet Issues Almost Every Evening between 8-9PM PDT

I live in zip 98685 - Felida, WA and over the past month we have sufferd an area wide internet outage almost every evening between 8-9PM. The outage lasts just a couple of minutes and I get that things happen infrequently. However this problem goes well beyond "things happening" category. These outages have now become a PITA because they happen so often. It's evident something is wrong in your local system.

Not sure what's going on, but it needs to be fixed. There's no excuse for it happening so often. Please escalate this issue to the powers that be ASAP. Thanks.
