Internet issue
I just purchased the xfinity now system. I have plugged everything and checked them several times. Nothing is loose. The power light is on, us/ds light is blinking, 2.4 GHz is on, and 5 GHz is on. I can not get the online light to come on.

Is this a new / first-time service installation or new move-in ? If so, you may need to book a tech visit to come out and check to see if the premises are connected to the live Comcast feed at the tap on the pole or the pedestal.
