I understand that you recently changed the network name and password, just to clarify though, the storm ready router is still using the previous network name or password? Have you already tried rebooting the storm ready router?
@user_12i1e8 Thanks for letting us know you rebooted the modem. How did you reset your modem? Did you by chance unplug it from the wall outlet and remove the battery from both your storm ready and modem if you have them?
