Internet is disrupted when X1 Box is powered on.

I have set up my home network with MoCA as I live in a brick house and my walls are sheeted. Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak with the modem supplied. I purchased a few MoCA adapters and hooked them up to separate Wi-Fi routers with no issues. Works like charm and shows no problems when viewed on the Xfinity home gateway.
However, when I hook up the X1 TV box, the connections are interrupted and the Wi-Fi become intermittent. What would cause this?
The X1 Box works as it should, however my internet is compromised once it's turned on.

I do have a separate TV box (not the primary) that I used in my shop and it doesn't cause any problems.

Hi there @Steve114!

Thank you for reaching out on our Forums page to discuss the changes in your internet after connecting a cable box. We certainly want to help see what may be causing the issue. Sometimes, intermittent WIFI connections can be caused by the number of devices on the network at once or even how far away the equipment is from the modem. I see you posted this two days ago. Has the connection been any better since posting this concern?

@XfinityMary
With the hurricane, the internet has been intermittent at times due to repairs.

The X1 Box is hardwired via coax into the Modem, and they are within a foot of each other.
We do not have a lot of devices hooked up.

@Steve114 Do you experience the disconnect with other devices? Also, do you currently use the MyAccount app? This can help identify any interruptions affecting the service and their estimated time of resolution (there have been numerous in the area due to the repairs as you mentioned above)
