Internet Intermittent Problems

My Modem Keeps reading errors and my internet keep going out randomly. My wifi signal is perfect. Posted my modem info below. Not sure what to do.

Have you gotten any progress on your problems? Im having the same thing happening with a CM1200 modem. T3, T4 errors, SYNC failure, Dynamic range etc etc. 2 Different techs said it was my modem and everything else looks great on their end.

No I haven't unfortunately. I have a SB6183 modem. Did they basically tell you to get a new modem? I am hestiant to go down that path without more information.

I am trying one of xfinitys X7 modems in bridge mode free of charge for a month. So far its been better with only minimal signal loss and packet loss. They were saying it was my router first, then my modem.
