Internet Instability
Xfinity was the only company that provided high speed connection at the place ive recently moved into, but there has been internet drops multiple times a day since ive moved in. I wanted to use my own equipment because i livestream quite often and dont really like the base xfinity modems packet control settings, however everything Ive tried hasnt fixed the problem.
Here are my modem logs for the day if anyone can help me out itd be much appreciated.

As I stated in my last reply, you are going to have to get the techs involved again until things get fixed properly.
Bear in mind that if the premises facing techs can not find or fix a problem at your home, it is they who are responsible for escalating it to their line / network / maintenance dept. techs. The problem may lie beyond your home in the local neighborhood infrastructure somewhere but it is their S.O.P. to start at the home. And if the problem is found to be on their side of the demarcation point, there will not be any charge.

Please also copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem / gateway device ?
Is this with a WiFi connection ?

The upstream power is on the high side / close to being out of spec. And many of the downstream channels have a large number of uncorrectable bit errors. Please post back about how things turn out after the tech visit.

OK, and please post what the signal stat values look like now.

The uncorrected bit errors are looking better but channel #1 still appears to have a problem. And the upstream power is still high. There's not much wiggle room to allow for the inevitable intermittent fluctuations... The bottom line is to live with it for a while now and see if the dropouts return / continue. Keep an eye on those uncorrectables and the upstream power levels. You may have to get a tech out again. Good luck !
