Internet has been continously dropping and then slowed speeds
I have spoken to support more than 6 times (transfers/disconnects/etc) every day for three days straight not including over the past few months. They are pestering me to get a [Edited: Language] watch and then I get transferred because they cannot help me. I have gone through all the troubleshooting, guided and otherwise and was told yesterday to replace the gateway. So I replaced it, activated it, and in less than 12 hours, the internet was doing the same thing. They continue to press me for an appointment, but I have recently upgraded all cabling, etc, by a professional. I do not want a tech in my house, we have had several horrible experiences. This issue did not begin until they started burying cables and doing the fiber in our neighborhood. I have encouraged the remaining neighbors still with Xfinity to report as well, however, they are getting the same runaround. I pay a TON each month and the support is lacking. I pay for 2,000--which I have NEVER broken 1,000
